Food Runner / Server

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Server to join our team at The Line Kitchens. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will be attentive, efficient, and committed to creating a positive atmosphere for both guests and fellow team members.

Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure that guests’ dining experiences are positive by checking in regularly and attending to their needs

• Answer questions regarding the menu, ingredients, and specials

• Ensure tables are properly set and clean, including refilling condiments, water, and other necessary items

• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining room and serving stations

• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies

• Collaborate with the kitchen, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with a positive attitude

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Knowledge of food and beverage menu, or willingness to learn

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
